Paint a Checkered Background Using Stencils

In this video, Kari shows you how to paint a tone-on-tone checkered background pattern with stencils. You will also learn tips on selecting colors and painting light colors over dark backgrounds, tips for stenciling large areas, and how to add paint spatter through stencils.

🎨Paints: Use a good quality craft acrylic paint, if your paint is runny or seems thin, it won't perform as well as paints that have body and are not thin.
